The Chef
Chef Michael Mishkin brings a broad range of experience and culinary influences to the kitchen at
Victor’s. From his initial culinary training under James Beard award-winning Chef Vincent Guerithault and
his education at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, he went on to manage restaurants in
both Dallas and Phoenix. At age 27, he opened Élevé, a contemporary American bistro in Phoenix. Over the
next five years, he received numerous awards and positive reviews, including features in Food and Wine
and Bon Appetit, as well as being selected as one of Phoenix’s Best New Chefs. He is thrilled to have now made
his home in beautiful Provincetown, and brings his unique culinary style to Victor’s.
